Thompson Bath is expanding our internal Shower Glass Division and we’re looking for a skilled, reliable installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer experience.
Position Overview
As a Shower Glass Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom glass shower enclosures, including frameless and semi-frameless systems, in residential homes throughout the Greater Las Vegas area. This is a full-time, hands-on position with strong earning potential and consistent work.
Responsibilities
• Install custom shower glass enclosures (frameless, semi-frameless, sliding systems)
• Measure and ensure proper fit and alignment
• Handle and transport glass safely
• Maintain a clean, professional job site
• Communicate with homeowners in a respectful, professional manner
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
• Experience installing shower glass systems
• Skilled with hand tools and job site work
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
