About the Role

We’re looking for a Server who genuinely loves the energy of a busy dining room and knows how to make people feel taken care of. At Churasuko Japanese-Brazilian Steakhouse, you aren't just taking orders—you’re the guide for their evening experience. We need someone who can read a table, share our menu's story, and make an upscale dining experience feel warm, approachable, and completely seamless.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the Experience: Welcome guests, read their vibe, and tailor your approach to give them exactly the kind of night out they're looking for.

• Knowing Your Stuff: Learn our menu inside and out so you can confidently talk about our steak cuts, preparation styles, and the perfect cocktail or wine pairings.

• Nailing the Timing: Pace the meal perfectly. You’ll orchestrate the flow of courses so guests never feel rushed, but never feel forgotten either.

• Playing as a Team: Jump in where needed. Whether it’s running food, helping out a neighbor in the next section, or keeping your station stocked, you know that a great shift is a team effort.

• Guiding the Sale: Naturally suggest that perfect appetizer, a great premium cut, or an after-dinner drink to elevate the guest's night.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2–3 years of serving experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant where the standards are high but the attitude is positive.

• A warm, genuine personality. You can talk to anyone and you know how to keep your cool when the floor gets crushed.

• A desire to learn. We take our food and beverage programs seriously, and we want you to be excited to talk about them.

• Reliability. You show up on time, ready to work, and treat your coworkers with respect.
