Job Summary (UX Researcher)


- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and stakeholders to understand and support research needs
- Design research studies by defining research questions, creating approaches, and planning participant recruitment
- Prepare research materials, including participant screeners and research protocols
- Recruit participants from internal panels or through external vendors
- Conduct various research methods such as observation/ethnography, diary studies, user interviews, usability testing, and card sorting
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights
- Report findings in clear, impactful formats (experience maps, test reports, personas, etc.) to inform design and ideation
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the research process
- Communicate effectively through written, oral, and visual means
- Manage multiple research studies and balance competing project tasks
- Utilize statistical analysis skills and tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) if needed
- Hold a relevant undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred) in psychology, anthropology, computer science, industrial engineering, human factors, HCI, or related field
