Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for enterprise web applications.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch for wireframing and prototyping.

• Experience with creating, maintaining, and scaling enterprise design systems and reusable UI component libraries.

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing sessions, and translating feedback into design improvements.

• Experience with responsive web design principles, mobile-first layouts, and WCAG accessibility standards.

• Experience in evaluating vendor-delivered software designs, assessing usability gaps, and establishing product requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes for complex enterprise software initiatives.

• Maintain and expand the enterprise design system, component libraries, and standardized UI style guides.

• Plan, facilitate, and synthesize user research interviews and usability testing sessions across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Translate strategic business objectives into scalable, intuitive, and responsive user interface experiences.

• Evaluate third-party vendor design deliverables, assess usability patterns, and recommend architectural improvements.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and solution architects to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.

• Author functional UX specifications, interaction models, and detailed product requirements for development teams.
