We are hiring a Travel Sales Manager to help support and stabilize sales performance across various spa locations in the United States. Each assignment typically runs 60 to 90 days, depending on how quickly the branch reaches its sales goals.
• Guide clients through service options and help them choose the best treatments
• Support daily sales operations to keep the location performing at target
• Track and report weekly sales results
• Provide light team alignment to help maintain consistent goals
• Ensure clients receive accurate information and a positive experience
• Maintain organized follow-up to strengthen client relationships
This position is ideal for individuals who love going to different cities and experiencing new environments while working. You will rotate to various company locations for 60 to 90 days at a time, depending on performance stabilization.
Possible travel assignments include Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Nevada, California, and other markets as new locations open.
All travel expenses are fully covered by the company, including:
• Flights
• Hotel or company-arranged accommodation
• Vehicle or rental car
• Gas and tolls
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Comfortable discussing wellness and skincare services
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to travel regularly and stay on assignment for extended periods
• Organized, reliable, and able to support daily sales goals
• 3000 USD monthly base pay
• Plus commission
• Independent Contractor (1099)
