Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Supervisor to lead a high-volume document processing team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting staff development while maintaining efficient workflow across title processing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily operations of the title processing team

• Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and overall performance

• Review and complete applications for salvage and non-repairable certificates

• Resolve documentation issues and respond to internal and external inquiries, including DMV-related processes

• Train and onboard new specialists and processors

• Handle payroll, reporting, and departmental tracking (e.g., productivity metrics)

• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, policies, and process improvements

• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage workflow in a high-volume environment

• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive situations with professionalism and tact

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Key Details

• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually + eligibility to earn discretionary bonus
