What You'll Do:

As a Operations Manager, you'll:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
* Match freight with capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
* Negotiate rates and manage contracts
* Coordinate driver assignments and driver pay along with dispatching
* Perform yard checks, track chassis, facilitate empty returns and port cutoffs

What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years of freight Container/Drayage experience
* A customer/carrier following
* Port Experience specifically in HOU
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
* Ability to manage both carrier and customer relationships
