Trustpoint.One is excited to partner with a respected Plaintiff-side Mass Torts legal services provider in Newark, NJ , in search of two reliable and professional Temporary Call Center Representatives . This fully onsite assignment will support the firm’s intake and client communication efforts during a short-term project expected to last approximately three weeks.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are comfortable speaking with clients by phone, documenting conversations accurately, and assisting a busy legal services team. While the assignment is short-term, the client values strong performers and often keeps talented individuals in mind for future opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Temporary Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with clients while logging key information into the firm’s system. The role also includes basic data entry to ensure call details and client updates are properly documented.
