Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AV Manager to oversee the Video & LED systems department. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of AV equipment, contributing to the successful delivery of outstanding events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Video & LED technical team, overseeing daily operations and workflow efficiency
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot video, camera, and LED systems to ensure peak performance during events
Conduct quality control checks on all AV equipment, ensuring safety and high standards
Coordinate equipment setup, staging, and rapid response for incoming and outgoing gear
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet event deadlines and requirements
Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and operational efficiency
Maintain inventory, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of experience with LED walls, video equipment, and live event AV systems
1-2 years of management or team leadership experience
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair AV equipment in high-pressure environments
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong communication skills in English
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software
Flexibility to work late hours, weekends, or during peak seasons

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with dry-hire setups and vendor coordination
Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards in AV production
Technical certification related to AV systems
