Act as a central point of contact for subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design engaging, high-impact learning solutions.
salary: $50 - $55.4 per hour

Responsibilities
- Passive Candidate Sourcing: The main focus is on sourcing passive, executive-level candidates who are not actively applying for jobs. This involves using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and creative search methods to find potential candidates. 12
- Research and Outreach: Generate research lists of approximately 30 names per role and conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. 13
- Initial Candidate Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, conducting the initial screening conversation before passing them to the recruiter for further management. 4
- Collaboration and Intake: Participate in initial intake calls with partners to understand the requirements for new roles and work closely with the recruiting team. 56
- Manual Tracking: All candidate tracking is done manually in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets due to confidentiality reasons. The role requires someone comfortable with this process. 4
