Job Description

A growing, multi-site organization is hiring a Senior Recruiter to help elevate its approach to attracting and hiring talent across the business. This is a high-impact position where you’ll partner directly with leadership, own your searches, and help shape a more effective recruiting function.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead searches from kickoff through close, with full ownership of your pipeline
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to define what success looks like in each hire
  • Proactively identify and engage talent beyond inbound applicants
  • Drive a smooth, efficient interview process while ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategy

What Makes You a Fit

  • 4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and urgency
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Comfortable influencing hiring managers and guiding decisions

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $85,000 to $90,000 per year, DOE + Bonus. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
