A multinational corporation with operations in 15 different countries, this client is responsible for the production, transportation, and marketing of crude oil, bitumen, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and liquefied natural gas.

Job Summary

The Senior Mail Room Clerk is responsible for the receipt, sorting, processing, and safe delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within assigned facilities. This position ensures all mail operations are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines while maintaining up-to-date records and workstations. The role requires extensive walking and movement, frequent handling of mail and parcels, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Description

• Provides receipt, safe delivery and processing of mail and parcels within the assigned facilities.
• Sorts incoming/inter-office mail and light parcels for delivery to addressees.
• Processes outgoing parcels, pouch, domestic or international Mails.
• Assures that mail is processed in accordance with relevant governing bodies' regulations & guidelines.
• Works safely at all times.
• Maintains addresses associated to sorting mail/parcels.
• Assures that work station is up-to-date and accurate.

Skills Required

• 2-15 years of experience.
• Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field.
• Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Influences others to achieve objectives
• Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or GED

Additional Requirements

• This role requires lots of walking, movement lifting up to 50 lbs
