We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support laboratory and data-driven studies focused on neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Lewy Body Dementia. The successful candidate will work closely with senior scientists and data analysts to assist with experimental design and execution, data collection, and statistical analysis.

• Conduct laboratory experiments related to molecular, cellular, and biochemical mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration.

• Maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, process and handle human plasma samples, and perform assays such as automated Ella microfluidic ELISAs and Alamar Argo HT NULISAs.

• Assist in collecting and organizing clinical and/or experimental data for statistical analysis.

• Use data management and analysis tools including R , Python , and SQL under supervision.

• Maintain meticulous laboratory records and ensure compliance with institutional safety and ethical standards.

• Participate in weekly research meetings and contribute to the preparation of reports and publications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience , Biology , Biochemistry , or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of molecular biology techniques and/or statistical programming.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (R, Python, Excel) preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
