Pay Rate: $68–$70/hour (Local)
Weekly Pay: $3,244.00 (includes $2,403.43 stipend)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Transplant unit assignment in New York, NY. The traveler RN will support transplant program operations during the leave of absence of the internal transplant coordinator. This role involves a mix of clinical, coordination, and administrative responsibilities while working closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the transplant care team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide triage support by managing patient calls and communicating needs to NP/MD teams
• Review outpatient lab results and communicate updates, including medication changes, to patients and caregivers
• Support clinic operations including medication reconciliation, review of systems, and follow-up coordination
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment updates
• Assist with administrative tasks such as fax management, form completion, prior authorizations, and related duties
Additional Information:
• Work closely with transplant coordinators, physicians, and nurse practitioners
• Ensure continuity of care during LOA coverage
• Handle high-volume clinical and administrative workload in a fast-paced environment
