We have a PART TIME opening, weeknights and a weekend day, working 25-35 hours a week. The perfect candidate would be outgoing and friendly to answer multiple line phone calls and assist clients. Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a positive, friendly manner
• Operate a multi line switchboard telephone system
• Answer phones and direct client to the correct department and take proper phone messages if needed
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• Be reliable and fast learner
• Ability to multitask and work independently
