BRIGHTSTAR CARE OF STERLING HEIGHTS

Are you a compassionate Caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact? BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide one-on-one support for families. Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Personalized Housekeeping: Perform cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, of the client’s private bedroom, bathroom, and living area.
• Companionship & Comfort: Provide friendly interaction, assist with light meal setup/dishes, and help the resident stay organized.
• Family Liaison: Keep the resident’s family updated on the cleanliness, comfort, and supply levels of the living space.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and report any changes in condition

Caregiver Requirements:

• MUST HAVE - 2 years of professional caregiver experience
• CPR certification (required)
• TB test negative (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
