Job Description

Personal Assistant – Financial Services (Onsite, NYC)

We are partnering with a New York–based investment firm to identify an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This role provides direct support to the President and a small group of Portfolio Managers and requires exceptional discretion, organization, and attention to detail.

This is a fully onsite position (Monday–Friday) based in the firm’s New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the President and multiple senior leaders, managing daily administrative and personal needs
  • Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage ever-changing priorities with minimal direction
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Handle personal and professional tasks such as: restaurant reservations and event planning, scheduling personal appointments (medical, personal services, etc.), running ad hoc errands and handling time-sensitive requests
  • Support internal and external events, including firm-hosted events and offsites
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment and confidentiality at all times
  • Anticipate needs proactively and ensure leaders are supported seamlessly day to day

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within financial services or a similarly fast-paced professional environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple principals and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive with a service-oriented mindset

Compensation: $100k-$250k based on experience
