Machine Technician

Location: Delavan, WI

Overview

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts

Shift Options: Days or Nights available | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

We are seeking a hands-on Machine Technician to support a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure consistent quality and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Start, operate, and stop production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor and adjust machines to maintain product quality and performance
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and make real-time adjustments
• Perform light maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance (PMs)
• Support setup and operation of auxiliary equipment
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical work preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, equipment, or hands-on experience)
• Ability to troubleshoot and think through mechanical problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varying conditions
