Position Overview
Impactia Corp is seeking a motivated Junior Communications Specialist to support internal and external communication efforts across client accounts and company initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting internal and external communication materials
* Support development of client messaging and brand communication strategies
* Help prepare presentations, reports, and communication documents
* Conduct research to support communication planning and content development
* Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure message consistency
* Assist in editing and proofreading content for clarity and accuracy
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
