Role Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Facilities Lead supporting our Dallas and Fort Worth locations. We need a hands-on professional to handle daily janitorial maintenance and the physical setup of event spaces (tables, chairs, and staging). This is a physically active, multi-site role perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping a premium space running smoothly and enjoys a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Janitorial Excellence: Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
● Event Logistics: Lead the physical setup and breakdown for workshops and events, including moving furniture, setting up staging, and arranging chairs/tables according to floor plans.
● Multi-Site Management: Travel between Dallas and Fort Worth hubs to ensure both locations meet high cleanliness and operational standards.
● Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and restock cleaning and facility supplies; notify management when inventory is low or repairs are needed.
● Safety & Maintenance: Identify and report safety hazards or building maintenance issues (e.g., lightbulb replacements, minor repairs).
● Waste Management: Manage daily trash and recycling removal, ensuring exterior walkways and entrances remain debris-free.
Employee Specification / Requirements
● Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects (up to 35 lbs) for event setups.
● Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between the Dallas and Fort Worth sites.
● Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or collaborate with the Program Coordinator on event needs.
● Schedule: Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on the event calendar.
