The current opening is for an Import/Export Specialist. Main duties include:

Coordinate international shipment details
Perform shipment coordination with customers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, etc.
Perform logistics data analysis, identify errors, improve processes
Develop relationships with freight and external logistics companies
Stay current of U.S. Customs regulations

Qualifications include:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function
Experience working in Microsoft applications and SAP, or other ERP system
EAR and ITAR knowledge to process licenses with the respective government agencies
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills
Possess strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management systems and procedures
