Job Title: Radiology Physician Recruiter

Location: [On-site / Hybrid] Office located in Manchester, NH

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Department: Physician Recruitment

Reports To: Director of Recruitment

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Radiology Physician Recruiter to join our high-performing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing relationships with radiologists throughout their assignments. You should be a highly motivated, a self-starter who is able to identify and develop new candidate leads from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

Key Responsibilities:

Physician Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

  • Proactively source board-certified physicians through cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Qualify candidates for availability, licensure, malpractice history, and fit.

Screening & Placement:

  • Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess clinical expertise, personality, and locum preferences.
  • Present opportunities, negotiate rates, and close physicians on assignments.
  • Coordinate with credentialing team to ensure rapid start dates (target: 30–60 days).

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians throughout assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and match physicians.
  • Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets (commission structure uncapped).
  • Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., additional shifts, permanent conversions).

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay current on radiology market trends, payer mix, and competitive rates.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on physician supply/demand and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in physician recruitment or staffing (preferably in healthcare)
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent
  • Prior cold calling or sales internship experience
  • Comfortable contacting people via phone, email, and facilitating introductions
  • Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in person
