  • Notify residents and distribute packages in a timely manner
  • Maintain an organized and secure package room

Maintain Building Presentation:

  • Monitor common areas and report any maintenance or housekeeping concerns
  • Support resident events and community engagement efforts when needed

Collaborate & Support Operations:

  • Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams
  • Escalate concerns or issues to management when appropriate
  • Assist sister properties when needed
  • Support front desk coverage during busy periods or staffing adjustments

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using basic office equipment and computer systems
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 25–30 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to move throughout the property as needed

Why Join KRE?

  • Work in a dynamic and growing real estate organization
  • Be part of a team that values service, professionalism, and community
  • Opportunity to grow within a well-established property management company
