Highly regarding commercial real estate group is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal to join their team. The group consistently received best workplace awards in recent years. The firm resents clients in every aspect of commercial property transactions across the country, including acquisitions, financings, dispositions, construction and more.
The paralegal will work with a friendly group and some responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting attorneys in preparing transactional documents; preparing UCC filings; preparing financing statements, releases and transfer documents; reviewing and analyzing real estate surveys and title commitments, policies and underlying title documents; ensuring that all pre-closing preparation and post-closing follow-up is properly completed in a timely manner; creating, composing, and editing written material such as transaction documents, closing documents, loan documents, correspondence and/or other legal documentation.
