SGA H. Care Staffing is Hiring Registered Nurses with Cardiac Care Experience (Per Diem) — Start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse practitioners during procedures.
• Prepare the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior to surgery.
• Maintain sterility and safety before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout hospitalization.
• Collaborate with circulating nurse to monitor vitals, assess skin integrity, and communicate with families during the perioperative period.
• Document surgical details in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR).
• Perform postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument counts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior scrub nurse experience in vascular and cardiac surgery.
• CNOR Certification.
• Excellent organization, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
