Markets Support Analyst | Global Financial Services Firm

We’re looking for a Markets Support Analyst to join a Global Operations team supporting Securities Lending, Corporate Bonds, and Equity Financing trading desks. This role is ideal for candidates with early‑career experience in financial operations, reconciliations, and trade processing who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and are eager to build hands‑on exposure within capital markets operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day‑to‑day Middle Office and Operations activities for Securities Lending and financing products
• Assist with prematching future‑dated trades and confirm cash values with external counterparties
• Apply cash values in internal systems and ensure accurate movement of payments in the market
• Prioritize, report on, and resolve high‑value risk items, settlement exceptions, and reconciliation breaks
• Process recall requests, input wires, and post journals in accordance with operational controls
• Escalate issues timely while working independently with limited direction
• Contribute to process improvements and support evolving business and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

What You Bring:

• Strong multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working in high‑pressure, high‑volume financial operations environments
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize daily risk items and exceptions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior exposure to Securities Lending or capital markets operations preferred but not required

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Salary: $22 - $24/hr
