Are you passionate about connecting underserved communities with vital health resources and education? Join our mission-driven team as a Community Outreach Worker and help make a meaningful impact by improving health literacy, increasing access to care, and building strong community relationships.
Your Role & Impact
As a Community Outreach Worker, you’ll be a frontline ambassador for TrueCare, responsible for engaging with underserved populations and connecting them to essential health services. You’ll coordinate and attend community events, distribute educational materials, and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to promote health awareness and increase patient enrollment.
Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve.
What We’re Looking For:
Will require to use own vehicle to travel daily to outreach venues. A California Driver's License, proof of automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required (no tickets or accidents) is required.

The pay range for this role is $23.00 per hour - depending on work experience and internal equity. The maximum that one can make while holding this title will be 32.20 per hour.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining an offer.
