Year-Round | Part-Time
Pay: $25.00/hour (Restaurant) | $28.00/hour (Banquets)
Schedule: Flexible based on business needs. Weekend availability is required. Minimal late nights!

Do you love creating memorable experiences, crafting great cocktails, and building relationships with guests? We're looking for a friendly, energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where hospitality comes first, we'd love to meet you.

Talon Tribe Bartenders do more than mix drinks—they create welcoming experiences for our members and guests. Whether serving signature cocktails, recommending menu favorites, or remembering a member's favorite beverage, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service every shift.

What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and Club standards.
  • Build relationships with members by providing personalized, attentive service.
  • Make menu and beverage recommendations, including wine, cocktails, appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
  • Follow all Club policies and local and state laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
  • Communicate member feedback or service concerns to the Manager on Duty.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and other operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or serving experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Experience using a POS system is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods (5–13 hours per shift).
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend, reach, stretch, climb stairs, and move efficiently throughout the shift.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
